There was a communication let down or it would have been a five.
Collection of the car after service took a long time, had to keep asking, and when the car was brought in it was the wrong car. Said that it would be cleaned - it wasn't.
Did what was asked and cleaned car too

I wanted to score 10 but i feel very let down by BMW - I have had to chase a fix for a known issue which should have been resolved before delivery. I'm not 100% convinced that the solution is a permanent one & the current solution degrades tbe qualit

If you replace complete brake set then a client should be informed that brakes won't function as normal for a day or so. You can also leave a sticker on the steering wheel by the fitter to avoid any accidents.
Some delay in completing the work, but kept informed of the progress - felt that the service was thorough and professional.

Because the air filter wasnt connected correctly which resulted in engine cutting out on low speed at signals and roundabouts. I complained about the engine cut off problem on sunday, despite that no one called me back.

It was not the fault of the service department that we waited 5 days for the repair. I assume it is Sytner policy to maximise profit to capital employed ratios by reducing parts stock to the bare minimum even though this disadvantages customers.
Darren Price your Service guy has been very attentive and helpful, but it seems BMW are to date unable or unwilling to resolve a software "fault" with my car and are reluctant to switch off a system that is causing me unnecessary annoyance.
The service was excellent at all stages. I had a call the day before to remind me etc and on the day everything was very organised and on time.
Absolutely first class from the minute I was greeted personally at the door and then all through the process by Sulman who was excellent - kept me updated regularly and also gave me full explanations to all work carried out and benefits

Everything is so easy - simply drop a car off for a service, and come back later on the same day with a car that's had the once over and also had a clean and polish to boot! Limited waiting time and paperwork make the whole experience so good.
Compared to my previous AMG experience Sytner BMW raised the bar.

I was completely satisfied with the service aspect. But I said to the person doing it, if there would be a valet, he said yes. I said the car is quite mucky, I even offered to pay more. It came back with a poor attempt at a valet. Poor.

Given that the visit this time involved more research it was a shame the labour costs were as high.
The diff oil leak and glow plugs plus controller were repaired. I was told the brake hoses were OK and so they didn't need replacing! if that was the case why are they an MOT advisory? The brake sensor wire wasn't reattached either.

Service attitude was good and on time. There appears to be no standard service charges until after the warranty expires and when I booked it in the quote I received went up by over £100 when I took it in although the quote price was adhered too.

All work was carried out without any problems. Recieved a call to say the car was ready for collection.However, the car was washed, in fact i had only just had it cleaned, but i did have to go round all the windows and clean off the water smears!

I needed new rear pads (after 6 months of ownership of the car). Was advised at the last service in January that the cost would be £101.32.Was then told that the cost to change them is actually £179.Feel like I've been ripped off.

The Centre proved very communicative when they needed something from me but ignored or responded late to any questions I raised. Vehicle delivery date appeared delayed to suit the centre rather than my time lines.
The purchase of the vehicle was with any problem, the sales personwas very helpful explaining every thing. My wife a I were thrilled to un veil the car and video captured the moment.
