Good service from Aaron Johan, however the car park was too full, and difficulty parking / finding a space to drop off my car for service.
quoted for work which was not required and gave inflated cost for work that was.
Efficient, friendly with no surprises.
Everything was perfect. I didn't even know my car had been serviced; actually, it wasn't. I think it was my wife's car. I have no idea what she thought about it. She's upstairs right now.

Ignored when I asked about paint damage and told not part of a BMW one year check, speak to the sales team who were not available, no call back. It was very busy with many vehicles blocking each other. It damaged my alloys. Photo evidence ignored.

Darren Price was an excellent service advisor and I trust he looked well after my car, keeping me informed throughout.
The people at BMW Sytner Maidenhead were helpful and competent, however, I'm still waiting for someone (Slough?) to contact me to give me a body shop repairs estimate.

I've had a very positive experience each time I took my car in for a service. For the times when issues arised from the service it's been quickly rectified as well

Once BMW Assistance were involved, Sytner were excellent. Really good customer service and kept me informed. It would have been nice had the car come back washed but otherwise couldn't fault the service.
Service done promptly and within anticipated 2 hours
would have been better if the new tyre fitted had the same pressure as the other one at the front. Why not balance the pressures rather than just fit one and leave it at that?
Unable to find a appropriate courtesy car and unable to locate and repair problems as my X5 will be going in the 3rd time for the same issue. My 740LD has been or sytner Maidenhead so many times that I have lost count with same or very similar issues
Because of the reasons above, also, it took nearly 2.5 hrs to change over 4 wheels. This should be a 90 min process, maximum

The car now has a small problem it didn't have when it went in for service and despite two phone calls I appear to be being ignored by the dealership
I had a headlight bulb failure and made an appointment to have it changed the next day. I was received at 2pm and sat until 4pm. I then became concerned and asked to see a manager. The manager, who had sold the car to me, came and looked into the mat

Poor communication, they lost my car key and didn't know until when i picked it up and was given two keys as they had to order a new one and managed to find the old one also, got the car and the battery was flat so had to jump start it the next day

After some initial confusion regarding the servicing of the car, Sytner Maidenhead did their utmost to rectify the situation and turn a potentially negative experience into a very positive one.
Checking car in was exceptionally smooth. However, when picking the car up later in the day, firstly I had to wait for quite some time before I was seen and then was informed that the promised car wash and vacuum had not been done!
Service carried out efficiently and I was kept advised of progress at all stages. Convenient to be able to have MOT carried out at the same time. Comfortable surroundings whilst waiting. Only grouse is the difficulty in parking on arrival.
I was looked after very well, considering I was awaiting my repair to be fixed whilst I waited for 8 hours in the showroom. I have also noticed some small plastic clips have been broken on the light cluster, and these were fine before the car went in
Couldn't fault anything
Service seemed good, was able to work in dealership using wifi. Took a bit longer than expected and interior car clean did not clean the mud my 6 and 8 year old leaves behind.
Covered by service plan which is handy, but didn't get an update on work being finished called at about 5pm and they hadn't even started service work. Dealership closed at 6pm I got a call at 550pm, went down and car still wasn't ready, being cleaned

Great personal attention, quick service and regular updates on progress during the day.
Surjested fog light was faulty with a 1hour investigation .Their was no problem with light the engineer was not testing correctly.
As I said before above. I only ever go to this dealership and have recommended it many times to friends and family

As above, I was not impressed with the wash and vacuum, this is the main reason I come to bmw for my mot oherwise I would take to cheaper while you wait garage.
car under warranty repaired with out any fuss
Unable to book at Sunningdale and so sent to Maidenhead. Given a fast-track appointment and waited; rather than promised 90 mins was 150. Unable to get tyre valve cap off 1 wheel (claimed was all 4); although a local garage had no problem, only 1.
The lack responsibility for an oil seal leak at 34k miles. Also the flat statement that it was not connected with the clutch problem in order to negate the warrantee. This sounded more like self interest than customer service.
Car still not repaired
All work completed in good time, including video which is very informative. The generous offer of drinks is most welcome. We were able to visit Cliveden while the work was being carried out.
As above car came back half washed flity
Access to a courtesy car would have meant complete satisfaction. There was no option to request a courtesy car using the online booking system.
Miscommunication on price. No trust in a loyal customer. Waiting around.

Though the service was carried out as accepted, the clean of the vehicle was not completed very well. This is the 2nd time, the 1st the car was completely not cleaned, and i received no follow up to my complaint.
Did not really help.
Car had brake problem with less than 5,000 miles on the clock. No explanation as to why this happened. Inconvenience of having to bring a new car back to garage. Had to rearrange family plans.
I received a call regarding the service plan but my mileage was too low to benefit. Because of this I was offered a discount on my service. This was not applied when I paid the bill and the young man dealing with this said he could not find any info
Overall it was done in time and they were very obliging fitting new wiper blades for me. Pity about the cleaning! and the seat.

It was a simple routine service. Complimentary cleaning of the car was somewhat limited with the interior of the car still dusty and booth not cleaned

Was called at 7:30pm night before car was due to go into the repair center for a recall, was told they didn't have the part they needed. Had already taken day off work.
Service very thorough but would never again ask for it to be washed and vacuumed as had to rewash and vacuum when at home.

The BMW service team took a lot of care to confirm the arrangements and my requirements ahead of the service. They found something unexpected that required attention but kept me informed and did their best to minimise any impact on me and my plans.

Sadly they didn't call me when promised and I didn't get my car back till the following day. Also, they washed the car despite the instruction not to do so.
Checks and software upgrade were performed as explanined and on time.
Service manager Aaron ensured I had a very good customer experience despite my car failing its 1st MOT after only 13,000 miles. He called me in the evening with details of the repair and arranged a rental car whilst waiting for a part from Germany.
Although the service was on a service plan I was charges about £100 for a brake fluid change . I showed them my policy which clearly states this to be so but would not accept it . Contacted BMW head office who agreed with me and arranging refund
