Took to Mini garage, mechanic check issue straight away. Advised failed bearing covered by warranty. Rang BMW, could not book in for 5 weeks with courtesy car! Spoke to BMWAssist, hire car next day, booked in for warranty work and car ready next day

Not completely satisfied simply because the cleaning of the car didn't include the boot which needed doing too and also the clock was re-set at the wrong time - 5 minutes out - and I still haven't got around to working out how to adjust it.

I had to pay for my third service despite having a service pack due to the car having mileage of 53,000 miles, apparently the limit is 49,500 which I was not aware of. In addition the car computer sets the service intervals!

The service was good, and staff was very helpful, suggested further changes and cleaned my car nicely, finally work was also done on time. A courtesy call was also a good feedback mechanism I liked it.
Because they looked after me and offered me refreshments and was able to sit in a lovely atmosphere whilst I was waiting.

My tyre pressure monitor was knocked out of place so had to come straight back
I paid to have some bulbs changed which as it later turned out were not replaced. I therefore had to go back the next day to get this done althoguh at the time we did not know the work had not been done.

I was given a cup of coffee while I waited, the waiting area is comfortable and light. My car was fixed within 24 hours.
Price very chunky, again if you cannot afford it do not buy BMW.
They could not do enough for me and my daughter...she loved the hot chocolate! They staff were really helpful to me and did extra checks on my car to ensure I was happy with it. Great service.
As I have stated in question 1 the staff are all extremely polite and no one being car sales people, reception or service staff make me feel that I am just a lady asking what I might consider to be perhaps an obvious question to a lot of people.

Short answer.Originally booked in for 1.5 hrs. Then informed the computer on the car needed an update.They needed the car for 3 hrs plus, this upset my travel plans for the day.Quiet a long wait when collecting the car after the work was done

Two faults were not resolved. They were obscure and difficult to replicate but one of them ( a brake grabbing issue) did happen again within 24 hours.

Received a very good service. My car production was delayed but they found the way to compromise it to make my life easy and kept me informed about delivery date.

Minor confusion over period of Christmas break.
Upon collection, there had been major problems outside the garage, but Bill and Helen full of apologies had my car waiting and then BIll spent to next two hours going through every thing the car could do.
Carwyn Lloyd and the ladies on reception were absolutely amazing. They made lovely coffee, were great with my son and were all exceptionally outstanding in the service they gave.
Jeremy kept me informed all along the way - I had email updates about the status of manufacture/delivery of my car etc etc
