Plenty of coffee etc
Had two letters saying car needs service, phoned for date to bring in and when I arrived was told that it doesnt need a service for at least another 5000 miles
Unfortunate timing as the showroom was undergoing an upgrade and the prefab facilities for waiting were fairly primitive.

Car went in for first service (5000 mls) showing on screen that tyre pressure was low. They take time to send you photo's advising that tyres/brakes are all o.k but don't have the time to pump up the tyres, is this not part of the service?
Pick up service is really helpful, staff are always helpful and informed.

My problem was sorted out quickly, and the service people even replaced an airbag which was an outstanding recall item.

Sytner Maidenhead didn't follow its commitments. I wasn't given a car instead of mine during service time, although promised. I wasn't contacted about when i shall take my car back. I had to call and push them all the time at each step. mm

Always a great service
My car was coming up to its 1st MoT and I'd was going to be away when it expired and Sytner Maidenhead 'squeezed me in' at short notice. It was done very quickly and returned to me in a couple of hours and was also cleaned.
Would have been 5 stars except for the following.Car had done 3800 miles when it went in for a dashboard recall. On return, the odometer read 6100. This meant a return journey to the garage to find it had been set to kilometers not miles!
Had to wait overnight to pick car up as they could 't get a spark plug out and the tool tbey use was broken. Luckily U didn't need car next day.
On time .kept me informed
MOT process was nice and quick. Did not keep me waiting either when I came in or going out
Good service, good communication, but took a while for job to be completed & couldn't give me a lift home when I needed it. Temporary office adequate, staff worked well, but not ideal for waiting customers, especially with coffee machine not working!
We were always met by friendly personnel and offered refreshments. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble.

The vehicle was booked for the front brakes service as per the warning on the dashboard. However, I am told it does not require new pads at present but the warning cannot be removed or reset. Still showing 3200 miles to go before service inspection

Well it failed on Screenwash and the minor job to fix it could not be done at once or to a short time promise. However it was done in practice in a reasonable time so it was only the absence of a time frame that I found disappointing.

Their service was second to none. I have had 3 cars serviced there recently and the whole process was handled brilliantly by Darren Price. He is a fantastic ambassador for the brand.

As I was told I had to wait due to the car needing to be cleaned and was told it will be only 15mins. Over 30minutes later my car was brought round to me wet with the appearance of being cleaned but it was still dirty.

The team and especially Barry Sparrow have been both friendly and very helpful in helping me get my BMW fixed. This was a very frustrating time for me but Barry has been very responsive and has really contributed to having my engine rebuilt.
For the second time now my car has been returned without the the service computer being reset requiring me to make a separate trip over to get it done.

Efficient and friendly service
The investigation into the issue was satisfactory, however, I was made to wait to speak with someone at drop-off and collection of the vehicle.
I mainly deal with John Matthew, who is knowledgeable, friendly and excellent to deal with, specially as I am a very knowledgeable customer - I used be a senior research engineer, employed in the motor industry at Rover Cars.
The service team were courteous and ready to receive my vehicle. I was updated throughout the day and greatly impressed with the new technicians video report to my iPhone - nice touch. Car was washed and ready in good time for my collection.

Sytner are undergoing changes & operating from a portacabin. I received notice the service was done 15 mins before they were due to shut. Whilst they did stay open, I had to drop everything to pick up the car rushing through traffic to get there
Cost of my oil change service was over £700, I feel this is an extortionate amount
I requested a lift to and from the garage instead of a courtesy car. However the car to take me home left without me,but another lift was arranged. On completion of the car service no car was available to pick me up, and i had to get a taxi.

On this visit several issues were successfully resolved however these were issues raised much earlier and in fact a key fault was reported by me within two weeks of taking delivery of the new 7 series and only now 16 months later has it been resolved

While you're waiting service took a little longer than expected but I was kept informed. I know that the service centre is being revamped so they still did a good job despite the disruption.
