Firstly, I had to wait over an hour for the service to be completed. I wouldn't have minded that but when I got in my car I found that the seat and radio settings had been lost and nearly 3 weeks later my car is still saying that it needs a service.

I ned a loan car in order to commute to and from work and the waiting time was over a month, something that I consider unaceptable, in fact the maintenance of the car was done in Mini Slough for this matter but they offered me a loan vehicle sooner.

My wife and I both have a BMW, but whilst I booked my car in online, my wife’s car was logged for the service. I also had to wait for over a hour at the dealership for my service to be authorised by BMW as it was 2-4 weeks prior the to due date.

I'd like the reception and follow up and I don't like my experience with bmw representative dropping me off to work - I was waiting for 15 minutes for the member of staff and had to leave as I had no indication when he will drop me off to work

My car was coming up to its 1st MoT and I'd was going to be away when it expired and Sytner Maidenhead 'squeezed me in' at short notice. It was done very quickly and returned to me in a couple of hours and was also cleaned.

Would have been 5 stars except for the following.Car had done 3800 miles when it went in for a dashboard recall. On return, the odometer read 6100. This meant a return journey to the garage to find it had been set to kilometers not miles!

Had to wait overnight to pick car up as they could 't get a spark plug out and the tool tbey use was broken. Luckily U didn't need car next day.

The vehicle was booked for the front brakes service as per the warning on the dashboard. However, I am told it does not require new pads at present but the warning cannot be removed or reset. Still showing 3200 miles to go before service inspection
