Left VM to have someone call back and no one returned my call
This is the second time I have had a vehicle recalled for the EGR valve issue, last time it took 9 weeks to resolve, this time 3hours
Service staff were very helpful & kept me informed of progress with resolving my car's problem

I was made to wait longer than I was informed. I was told 90 minutes but waited 3hours. Even then the work was completed and I had to notify them
Friendly and accommodating
I went in for 3 new tyres. The price was competitive, the service polite, but the job was extremely slow. It took 1 ¾ hours to be done - terrible. I was told they were "busy" - a weak excuse, as the car was booked in at a specific time. Poor.
Was very satisfied with the service but not completely. Whilst waiting to collect my car I was advised my car hadn't been cleaned (my car had been stated as being ready by midday, this was at 4.30). Waited a further 15mins whilst this was completed
MoT carried out exactly as promised
Quick works undertaken while I waited. Hot drinks and a pleasant area so I could work while I waited.
No communication with costumer about updates regarding service .Over booked very, difficult parking

You used to provide a collect and return service , i live in Windsor and that means a long wait or two expensive taxi journeys.
Not satisfied as I'm loosing the trust because of these experiences.
After arriving in Henley I discovered that the service indicator hadnt been reset, so had to go back to maidenhead for it to be reset - after paying £309 for an oil service I would have preferred not to wasted fuel and more of my time to resolve.

Someone collected my car from my home and the work was carried out. The car was returned with the work completed at the agreed time
Not only did they do what I asked, they also identified a outstanding recall notice and did it there and then without a new appointment
Good reception and looked after whilst waiting for service to be completed. Unfortunately had to return the following day as brake fluid service reminder had not been reset - basic!
It was very slow to drop off and collect my car. 40 mins bothe ends of the day

Car originally booked in for break test, then added tyres ( with help from your tyre specialist who advised and ordered them so they were ready for fitting) then phone call advising recall for EGR cooler needed replacing! All done on time!
Service is given a high priority which BMW provides with an utmost care.
I hgave low expectations after my experiences with Cooper Reading.
I was told how long I would wait for the work to be done this was completed as stated and I was kept informed
I have always thought there was an issue with the steering/tracking but have been assured the car drove as it should. More recently the car started to wobble slightly at low speed. Joints replaced. Wobble 95% better. Steering significantly better.
Have to wait far too long to get a hire car, parking on site is abysmal. Too much faith in what the computer says when visual report clearly contradicts it.
I was unable to get booked in Sytner Maidenhead so I was booked into Slough Sytner Mini instead. I was promised a free valet but this never happened so that was a shame. Although I have to admit the service at Mini was excellent.
Nothing more to say really although I am still having trouble with the comfort access feature on the boot and the reliability of Apple Car Play. Another visit to Sytner will be necessary in due course but it is not an urgent matter
Great level of service
Got a call and one of my tyres were not safe to be driving around with and was told this can be changed onsite at BMW so was happy did not need to start worrying about were to get a tyre. BMW took care of it got my car back clean and ready to go ??
Failed to notice a warped front brake disc which an independent workshop spotted. Car not completely clean- glass like peering through fog. Piece of plastic trim probably from seat come away left in passenger footwell.
Communication and service done was excellent.

Initially ignored by receptionist.despite being told the car was ready - had to wait 20 mins for my car keys ? Opened car to discover trip computer not reset,documentation provided completely inaccurate- there is absolutely no service ethic in place

I've had a problem with break squealing since I purchased it from you. I asked when brought in for service to look into it again, and I was advised that there was no issue and it was probably due to local driving. I Drive 80 miles a day. poor work!

No messing around. Sytner offer good customer service. Would normally use Sunmingdale but they were not able to do it in my time window so they offered me Maidenhead. Same quality service
Whilst the customer experience was excellent. I was disappointed with the service, as after less that 24 hrs. I had to top up my coolant tank which had gone done to a quarter tank. Wasn't like that prior to service and reinflate my tyres.
