I arrived as soon as the dealer opened for my 08:00 service and was sat waiting for over 20 minutes. The insurance was acceptable A suitable courtesy car wasn't readily available It took 45 mins before I left
Very satisfied. Having purchased a vehicle from Stephen James Enfield and after sales service support being absolutely rubbish, Sytner soon put my mind to ease and sorted all my issues out.

Sahida Shah at Sytner Maidenhead has been extremely helpful and provided all the necessary support. She even arranged her own vehicle as a courtesy car for me as the car had to be left at dealership for more than 3 days when they investigated.
The computer on my car was updated. I was not informed that all my settings would be lost and only discovered this as I drove away.
I was satisfied with the service and the video inspection. It just took rather longer than I expected and I had an appointment to keep.
Every single person from reception through, sales and service are of the highest quality. It's a pleasure to visit the branch.

The service from the agent was exemplary.
Turned up at 8am as agreed, was greeted at the door and was told to take a seat ,a service advisor would see me. I was seen at 9.15am after getting anxious and asking if they had forgot about me. They said they thought I had gone???

Had to leave car all day for a simple job. They then had to order part and would have charged a hour for a job I could do in less than 10 minutes.
Very unhappy with being asked to pay £12.50 to reduce £750 insurance excess down to £50. Further unhappy at finding out that this policy isnt applicable to all customers. THis was confirmed to me by another customer and then the service manager.
I thought it was very poor customer service. I waited over two hours , while my car was getting serviced. No one even asked me tea, coffee or even water. I thought that was poor.

The quality of service is maintained throughout.
The quality of the work at Sytner is not in dispute but they should have checked for this problem when doing the final warranty service. This should not have been missed
Carwyn and Kevin are great. We have now worked with Carwyn on 3 deals and his organisation, time and attention is brilliant towards us as customers. We feel valued and would not go to another Sytner dealership. Great Service = Happy Customer
The 3rd year service was a brake fluid change. On collection, the brake pedal was spongy with excessive travel indicating (to me) there was now air in the system. It was returned for the best part of another day for the job to be done properly.

Repairs took longer than anticipated, also wasn't able to obtain the black Friday savings for promotional servicing because it wasn't booked online and was done via phone.

All I can do is reiterate my above answer, helpful, considerate and take into consideration that I drive very few miles these days and as a result the car does not always need the full service that is indicated for its age.
Well although I have an outstanding issue which Sytner are following up with BMW the reception, service and attention given to me by Sytner was excellent
All the staff were helpful and friendly and any wait was kept to a minimum
Service started on time and I received video of the onset. I received a call exactly the time they said they would call me when service was finished and the car could be collected. No problems found.
Service completed in 2 hours. But more importantly I was looked after incredibly well from the minute I arrived to the minute I left, even finding me an office where I could get on with work - made me feel like a special customer, thank you!

I had great service from Kevin and Carwyn at Maidenhead. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the High Wycombe team where I initially went. They were so rude I walked out and went to Maidenhead.

Overall very good on the sales side of the business. Few issues on the aftersales. Firstly, on collection of car. Not valeted properly. Also, Issues with condensation on headlight. The wrong light was worked on! Very inconvenient!
It's was very pleasent experience with BMW Maidenhead branch as they have good sales guys like Joshua who made it very easy for us to decide. Kevin was good to provide us the monthly breakdown figures
