Well although I have an outstanding issue which Sytner are following up with BMW the reception, service and attention given to me by Sytner was excellent
All the staff were helpful and friendly and any wait was kept to a minimum
Again always great service and helpful and competitive pricing. Always keep me updated with the service and carried out efficiently.

having done inspection very early in the day, only got a call to say brake discs needed changing as I was about to come to pick up the car

They have rectified ongoing faults that were quite tricky to find, and kept me in the loop the whole way, a very smooth experience.
My visit was to replace a broken rear indicator. When I booked I was not told that the job was a two hour slot. It was booked for 10:15 and my next appointment was at 13:00 albeit in Gatwick.
They provide a good service and outline any work needed etc

When I came to book in for brakes to be done and asked about price the response was somewhat dismissive. Apparently it depended on whether x needed to be done or y. Why couldn't I be given a price for each alternative. i came away feeling unimportant

Would definitely come back to Mini Sytner for my BMW 4 series servicing/repairs.The service itself was taken care of in a timely manner and a courtesy car provided.
Car was not required for a recall so wasted my time.

Would have been completely satisfied but the service was fairly expensive considering this was the first service. Video of the safety check was a nice touch

Very good customer service. Gave me a lift back home. On going to collect the car they said it would be ready for 5pm however was ready nearer 6pm - because of this they added a discount so I was happy. Would definitely use Sytner Maidenhead again.
Staff were very courteous. Price was reasonable and less than originally quoted - pleasant surprise. Would've scored full marks if I'd been told when booking about the pre-9 pickup service and if more effort had gone into the complimentary clean!

I needed 2 new front wheels due to cracks in the alloy. Apparently this is very common. I was quoted £800+ for 2 wheels, no discount no concern that it was likely to be cheaper elsewhere. I got 4 wheels for £595, they look better than the originals.

When I had my car back my front seat was dirty and marked with some dark dirty coloured stuff. It has a light interior and I normally quite fussy about keeping it clean. Is was obviously done in the workshop. It got cleaned after I complained.
No call/message to say car ready, but it was ready on time and was told I had been called?! Also minor communication error where I was asked if we topped up our oil as there was a problem with it being over the max. It was actually just under the min
I don't believe Sytner is the cheapest but on recurring basis the team always go the extra mile for me - which makes it worth the premium. Often things like collecting car/drop off from home make a massive difference in my decision to use Sytner.

I have been going there for 6 years and there attitude to customer service is amazing. I go past other bmw dealers specially to attend Maidenhead . I will not go elsewhere. Darren is amazing, I have just bought ex demonstrator x3
I can't fault the service. Polite staff and good explanations when required. Dropped a star for length of wait but this was acknowledged and compensated for by a price reduction, I can't complain.
everything was done as requested
The score would have been a 5, had the height, backrest and tilt of the driver's seat not been completely changed. This was not necessary and a real nuisance to return back to its original position.

I was greeted well. Shown to a chair. Offered coffee etc. The service rep cane to me. The work took exactly the 90 mins stated. I could work whilst waiting in good surroundings and with good facilities.
It took a long time for "service while you wait" . It should have been 90 minutes but took over 3 hours despite nothing being wrong/no problems. Nice to have the car wash. Pleasant surroundings and staff.

Brake pad replaced and then the warning g light came on two days later. It was a pain to have to return to get the system reset, however, your Main Reception staff are always and Sulman, my service rep was superb as always.
All works carried out satisfactorily and within the time frame quoted.

The Emac plan seemed to confuse everyone. I had to remind twice on the day that I had emac. Due to get a call back if brakes included, but that hasn't happened. Satnav update wasn't done. I was told it was ordered and I'd get a call - still no call

My door still rattles a bit and the sun roof is still temperamental. I have yet to book a new appointment.

As I said in last question, everyone was friendly and service was completed more or less on time. Car was cleaned well.
Everything was fixed and the issues were discussed with me before and after to ensure I was happy with the end result.

Helen and Carwyn kept us fully up to date on the delivery progress on the car. They love our dog and were disappointed when we didn't take her when we collected the car, They had bought her treats and toys out of their own pocket and filled the boot!
Both Jeremy and Ashley seemed experienced and extremely helpful. They understood that we wanted a car ASAP and ensure we got that. They made the whole process from start to finish really simple. They also made us feel comfortable unlike other dealers
