Fantastic service from Sytner Maidenhead, super polite, efficient and proactive, a pleasure to do business with - I couldnt ask for anything more from my BMW dealer..
Firstly the service did not cost me anything as the car was covered by a service agreement and secondly a recall was handled quickly and efficiently in one day, despite my expectations have been set at a possibly 2 days without my car.
Did not have any issues. But needs well taken care off
Such a bad experience with the BMW dealer Maidenhead agreed to repair the car under BMW comprehensive cover and then later asking for payment half the car problem was not been repaired been told they can't find a faultCar breakdown next day.
Very friendly staff and everything was explained before during and after the service.
Have to say aside from the breaks issue the service in itself was very smooth and slick. I unfortunately came away unsatisfied with the resolution of the problem I identified.

Continuing from above. I was called on the Tuesday and told to pick the car up after 2.00pm. I arrived at 2.20pm only to discover that my service advisor was still at lunch so hung around for another half an hour in order to collect the vehicle.
Far too expensive for an oil change.

Car was booked in for an MOT. When I arrived at the agreed time I was told there was one car mid-MOT and one waiting before mine will be done. I ended up waiting about an hour and a half when I expected to be there more like 30 mins.
Almost all organisation and service was excellent. Only issue was difficulty in obtaining a time when the car was required. Possibly because the original contact was directly from a BMW staff member.

Had service and vehicle check 08 Oct 18. A few days later got a call from Sytner lady asking was I happy about the recent service I had. I pointed out that the vehicle health check showed errors. Told that my Service advisor would call me. Never did.

Very good service
The car had to go back for a second visit after the service to get the seat fixed. Wrong part ordered needing an overnight in the workshop and early morning fix, so I was without car for much longer than expected.

Fast and efficient mot
The booking of my car's M.O.T. and service in person had to be done twice as the initial service person wrote my details down (rather than typing directly into a laptop), and I did not receive the confirmation text message.
See answer to question number 1.I was contacted by BMW Maidenhead on 24-9-18 to see how satisfied I was with the service, I told you of all the problems I had and was told you would get back to me the following day, 5 days later and still no reply!

My car service appears to have been carried out very well and I liked the video sent to me showing the inspection.
Tyre with nail imbedded was replaced all carried out smoothly My only minor compaint was the cleaning of the car which was a bit basic!
Miss quoting prices and damaged/scrathed my A pillar from a warranty claim.
Water put into windscreen reservoir. Should have been proper windscreen liquid.Tyre pressure ranged from 2.4 bar to 2. 6 bar. Looks like they just reset the monitor. Service adviser promised to phone me the next day but never did

I have not had a call regarding the intended warranty repair on the front suspension arm.I enquired about retrofitting some safety products to my 5 series, not had a response as of yet.

I am completely satisfied with Sytner Maidenhead - right from the dealer principal to the service and spare parts staff. All very helpful. I am currently appalled at the very poor service by BMW UK when providing a replacement key.

Once I called to book in my service and MOT everything ran smoothly - an end of warranty vehicle check was also carried out - which I was not aware was required.
