Bill Birch went above and beyond to look after me and my family throughout the whole process. Met Bill on day one, and he did not rush us out of the door even though it went past closing. He delivered the car at home which really helped out!!!

I am very satisfied with the BMW Centre overall. Everyone is very cordial and helpful at the centre and it has always been a pleasant experience. The sales team has been very helpful right from getting the quotation to delivery of the X3.

I was running 15 minutes late , notified the centre and wasn't a problem. Lady on reception was very welcoming and helped to set me up working while I waited. Service was carried out but 5 stars are for this lady.

Shared a recording of issue. We received a courtesy car. All process was smooth and was covered under warranty with complementary car wash. The issue was resolved.
