Again an absolute pleasure to deal with and especially our sales exec Bill Birch who was so knowledgeable and also made you feel so relaxed during the whole process, he even added a personal touch for me on collection which made it very special!

Did not feel rushed at all, was given a thorough handover of the car and everything was explained in detail. Drove away feeling well knowledges on how to use the car and it drives perfectly!

Due to the quality of the service offered by everyone, waiting time is relaxing and goes by very quickly.

There's too much reliance on your own systems rather than offering flexibility for the customer. As a result the customer ends up having to make multiple journeys to get things fixed even when they don't need diagnostic input.

Car was worked on promptly in the time promised and returned beautifully cleaned (special shout out to the cleaning team)! There was a price difference between the telephone quote and invoice but this was handled very fairly by the service team.
