It was good however the inside of the car wasn't cleaned and it said appointment should take 90 mins however I was there till from 2;15 till about 5:15. I missed an important work meet as I needed my car to get there however I could not make it back.

Disappointed as the Centre kept our vehicle for full week over long bank holiday without any material job done on the scheduled day (no intent to finish). Had to chase for updates and loan car was offered closer to delivery date as an afterthought

Always had an issue when visiting this dealership with either incorrect mileage recorded on MOT or damage on vehicle to tyre pressure being deflated, etc - this was the first time I've had no issues - hopefully this continues

Nobody ever phones back when they promise. When asking questions wrong answers are given. There doesn't seem to be anyone at Sytner Maidenhead that is taking responsibility for broken promises or mistakes made.
