Whilst overall I was completely satisfied with the purchase, the process of aligning the financial agreement was challenging, taking significant time to ensure the details of the sale were fully transparent.

It annoys me that the service advisors appear to be chatting to one another behind the glass wall. Resulting in it taking nearly 15 minutes to bring through a set of keys. Same experience for both visits.

Emissions Inspection due not reset. I phoned left a message no one phoned me back. I phoned again someone did call me back and promised to e-mail instruction to me but nothing was done. I reset it myself (not difficult).

I was told it was a fast lane booking. 1.5 hours was the quote. 2.75 hours was the actual time. Even when I chased and said I needed to be somewhere else they said another 45 mins to an hour and it was still 1 hour 20 after that!

I arrived at your site at around 18:00 to find the reception and service areas deserted. I noticed some-one on the mezzanine and made enough fuss to get him to find some-one to help me. I was then told that service closed at 18:00 hours!

I was able to book my BMW in the timeslot and date I wanted to. I could wait on site for the completion and did not need a day of annual leave, courtesy car etc. Price: for older cars with genuine parts you can get a surprise as BMW may be cheaper.
