Seamless transaction. But you did fail to tell me that the Safety Camera information I had on the previous car would not be rolled over on to the new car. So that's a learning point for you.

I specifically asked the service advisor Matt to ask the technician to not damage my brake callipers when replacing the tyres and brakes. He said it will not be a problem and then when It was returned you could clearly the no one cared.

No issues except normally get a video from the technician while he services the car. Didn't get one this time because supposedly the system was broken so no videos could not be sent to customers. Was told I would get one later but nothing so far.

The only reservation is that I had to pay for the car to be transported to Maidenhead as i could not drive it there, this was at my expense £130. No courtesy car , which I understand as this was due to this being an emergency repair.

The booking process to the visit were all managed very well and the experience was pleasant and satisfying. They kept me up to date with SMS reminders, and on arrival I was greeted taken care of and waited for the service in a comfortable space.

I have elected completely satisfied as Imran who manages my car service and repairs is always courteous attentive and very helpful. I am though disappointed with BMWs pricing of labour to replace and fit a brake disc calliper and one tyre.

disappointed that sytner would not apply any software updates. The reasoning was also unsatisfactory as it was presented as a problem for me in that i would lose data. This isn't a problem, it seemed more of an inconvenience for them.

Memuna Khan was very friendly and helpful. She ordered parts in advance to shorten repair timescales. However, lots of uncertainty surrounding the extended warranty and whether it covers the failed part. I appreciate that this was not in her control.

2 tyres fitted and major service completed. Tyre pressures were not corrected, upon leaving had two tyres over inflated and 2 under inflated. For the price paid I would expect tyre pressures to be checked.

I was extremely pleased with my recent visit to Sytner Maidenhead for an MOT. I was booked prior to MOT expiry by Imran Qureshi and received a courtesy call the day before. The car was ready by lunchtime and Imran nicely updated me with the details.

My car was recalled for the EGCR to be checked, I did not rquest a software update which has lost many of my settings including the digital speed magnifier function which I think is important. It now means it needs recoding.

Unsure why but the software update just won't install after downloading. Asked at the dealership and only way is to pay to get it installed. Very disappointing. The person that dealt with me, went above and beyond to try and install but no joy.

Met the lady on reception, gave her my keys and then sat back and had a coffee (which the lady made) car was in for an airbag recall and was fixed in little over N hour.

Airbag recall was done in a 2 hour window, actually done in 70 minutes including complimentary wash and visual inspection.(local dealer wanted car left for the day). Staff extremely helpful, friendly and efficient .

I've had to make numerous trips to get the issue sorted and I still don't have a date to complete the repair. I would suggest you look back at the various correspondence and calls. I left messages numerous times with no response for updates

I am grateful that Sytner took my car in at short notice and got the issue resolved, however, i would have given 5 stars if they had also sorted the engine management light that appeared there after.

Although the EGR cooler check was done, the cooler was not replaced. I am not happy driving around in a car with a recall whose non-rectification could, at best, result in me driving around with a warning light, and at worst the car catches fire!

Sytner's service has gotten better, but they have been in possession of the car more often then me in the last 6 months. Sometimes I get a loan car, sometimes not. So I am without a vehicle. Typically my only communication is with junior staff...

The car came in for a recall issue and leaving the garage a warning light appeared. No one in the office returned my call so I had to get BMS assistance to tow the car to the garage. I also was not given a courtesy car so had to hire a car. Disgrace

Booked a 90-minute slot. Ended up being over 2 hours. Car was parked out the front of the dealership for over 30 minutes at the end, even after I asked after 15 minutes if everything was okay and why it had been sat there.

I have requested a fault under warranty to be discussed with BMW AG, but later found out that the service agent never even submitted the claim, even though it is in the documents. I have escalated this 3 times with Maidenhead office, no response.

Cost of service highly expensive, as booking in via My BMW app for Inspection 2 service which the car was saying was required that came to £630 did not actually include the inspection which was £100 more. Manager reduced this upon complaint.
