I was endeavoured to add additional service to my car , upon my visit for service. The additional service included full flushing out the oil compartment, which was not included in the original service. It was not necessary, so I declined.

I had three phone calls regarding my car whilst it was in for it's MOT. It would have been more efficient if someone came to see me when I first left my car and then I could have made all the relevant decisions at once.
