I was endeavoured to add additional service to my car , upon my visit for service. The additional service included full flushing out the oil compartment, which was not included in the original service. It was not necessary, so I declined.

I had three phone calls regarding my car whilst it was in for it's MOT. It would have been more efficient if someone came to see me when I first left my car and then I could have made all the relevant decisions at once.

When additional work was needed Andy and Kelly did everything they could to get the car in and finished before midday so I could travel back to South Wales - they even got it finished by 11:00 am
